Great Service 2,000 Miles Away
After replacing a failed oxygen sensor on my 2019 Ultra Limited I headed to Sturgis. I left Sturgis and headed west. The check engine light came on again as a crested a 12,000'+ peak in the Rockies. I called All-American and spoke to Mike as Service was closing. he went out of his way to walk me through some diagnostics to make sure it wasn't a significant problem. We determined the sensor correctly sensed the low oxygen levels due to the altitude. He walked me through resetting the check engine light. Mike's attention to the customer's needs, even when they are over 2,000 miles from home, sure made the ride home much less stressful and more enjoyable.
