Excellent customer service experience from the initial purchase on my tri glide to the all female driving academy class for trikes to the service department experience a year later. Shout out to GM Keith for his awesome team, super salesman Keenan, Driving Academy instructor David and parts dept guru Danny for the customization plus dear Miss Lynne in accessories giving us continued love every visit I am proud to say I am one All American happy rider! About one year after I bought my trike I got a safety recall (brake master) and they even came to my home to get my trike to take care of the work for me.
