Especially Katy and Nancy. Katy went above and beyond just selling the bike. She took time (after store closed) to get the bike ready to roll for delivery. She easily could have said she'd take care of it the following week. When she found out it wouldn't be delivered til the following Friday (l had asked for it earlier), she had them change it set up and deliver it that Monday morning! That girl is TOPS in my book!
