The crew did a great job servicing and cleaning the bike. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is that having replaced the tires the technician apparently put the air line for my air ride rear suspension in contact with the rear tire, so after a little riding it wore a hole in the line. This left me about 20 miles from home with the bike having almost no rear suspension. I am awaiting the replacement air line from the mfg. at this time and in the mean time can't ride.
