Mike in Service dept. kept in constant communication with me in regards to my older Road Glide. It has been somewhat neglected over recent years by me and with a thorough diagnosis by his tech, I was given options of which items were needed and which items needed to be watched in a menu-like, easy to understand way. With their assistance I was able to make decisions that allow me to now say my Harley has never ridden smoother or handled the roads better than it does now. Thank you All American Harley-Davidson.
