From the first time I walked in, I have never met a more friendly family. I was driving by one day and I decided I would drop in. When greeted at the door, I told the person that I had never been in a dealership and wanted to see what it was like. He said welcome and let me look around. I have registered for the Riding Academy and have had prompt answers to all my questions from Heather. I was also invited to a jumpstart, and have taken advantage of that opportunity. Katy was very reassuring when I arrived for my first Jumpstart. She is a very patient and encouraging person. The ease of making appointments is awesome. I also talked with a lady in motorclothes who helped me try on riding boots. You can tell that all of your family members are super excited about all your products.
