I had a service done which included the oil change. I originally had a chrome oil filter, when the oil change was done, I was not asked if I wanted a chrome replacement filter and a black filter was used. I assumed it would be replaced with the same color (chrome). My backrest was not put back into place, it was placed in the luggage box. Though these are only minor, this type of attention to detail should be important! (Employee: All American H-D)
