Bruce did a good job of explaining the work that had to be done for the 30,000 mile service. When I picked up my bike and returned home I discovered an oil leak that wasn't there before. I took my bike back to All American service department and explained to Bruce that there wasn't an oil leak before the service was performed. He said that he would have the technicians check it out. The technician retighten bolts and add Loctite. So far so good no leaks at this time. Bruce did a good job interfacing with technicians in the service department and providing good customer service.
