Jordan did an Excellent job keeping me appraised of service options and schedule for my 2009 Road Kings recent tune-up and upgrades. She also acted as my liaison with the Parts Department, while I was selecting new handlebars for my bike. She is a knowledgable, personable, and helpful professional. Doug priced out numerous handlebar options as I searched for the Just Right Handlebar look and stance! His patience was never exhausted when Id ask him to price out just one more option. Jeff provided expert handlebar selection expertise. After much deliberation and consultation, I chose the Heritage Style Handlebar and they are Great! Mike reviewed the work completed, when I picked-up my bike. He took time to review in detail the work completed that got my bike all shined-up and tuned-up and ready for some Fall riding adventures.
