While washing my wife Softail I noticed her tail light was loose. Taking a closer look I found the threaded insert had pulled out. Having a chapter ride the next day I texted Mike Gibbons and he had Scott tech the part, he called me to let me know they did have one unstuck and he had Bash hold it until I could get there to pick it up. I stopped in, saw Bash and he knew exactly what I was talking about and had the part in my hand in minutes!
