I have had several interactions and discussions with Mike about my bike. Mike is always willing to go out of his way, he is informative , very knowledgeable, responsive and provides Exceptional Customer Service. Just recently I needed some help diagnosing fault codes on my bike. I called Mike and he took the time to go through all the settings and record the fault codes over the phone. I could immediately tell that Mike knew exactly what he was talking about and there was no hesitation. Since I have had my bike which I purchased from All American Mike has always helped me with everything I needed or asked about, thank you very much Mike.
